Job summary

A leading BMS solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a qualified professional to manage and monitor BMS projects. The candidate should have a diploma or degree in Engineering and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing and coordinating project drawings and conducting on-site testing. Proficiency in BACNET and MODBUS protocols is essential, alongside fluency in both Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems is preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned BMS project.
• Prepare all layout, shop, and as-built drawings for the BMS project.
• Interface modbus devices for the BMS system.

Responsibilities

1. Preparing, scheduling, coordination and monitoring the assigned BMS project
2. Prepare all the layout drawing, shop drawing, as built drawing for the BMS project
3. Familiar in BACNET, MOBUS TCP, MODBUS MSTP protocol for BMS system
4. Able to interface modbus devices such as power meter, water meter, thermostat, HMI, and much more for the BMS system
5. On-site testing and commissioning of sensors or meters
6. BMS programming development, Graphical user interface (GUI) for the BMS
7. Experience for on‑site equipment troubleshooting
8. Able to do termination for the DDC controller

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Building Technology)
2. Knowledge of SCADA (Niagara N4 or Mitsubishi MC Works) is preferred
3. At least 1‑2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
