Job summary
A well-established recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding. This role involves managing sales revenue targets, customer account management, and ensuring quality service. The ideal candidate will liaise closely with various departments, generate leads, handle customer enquiries, and complete administrative tasks. This position offers a competitive salary package including AWS and variable bonuses.

- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering expected sales revenue target and profitability.
- Account management, developing in-depth market knowledge; generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.
- Attend to customers feedback/ complaints, and follow up with after sales service.
- Act as the customers' main point of contact.
- Assist & provide consistent follow-ups with existing & in-house customers.
- Handle in-house customer’s enquiry & requirements.
- Submission of Daily Report, Sales Report & Sales Plan.
- Required to do Quotation and administrative report.
- Other responsibilities that may be delegated by management.

- Working Days: 5.5 days alternate Saturday
- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 12.30pm

- Act as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.
- Assist & provide consistent follow-ups with existing & in house customers to ensure that quality service standards are maintained.
- Handling in house customer’s enquiry & requirements as and when required.
- Submission of Daily Report, Sales Report & Sales Plan
- Required to do Quotation and administrative report
- Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by management from time to time
- Any other ad hoc basis work on administrative duties assigned by Manager.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding
