Job summary
An education provider in Singapore seeks a full-time Science Teacher aide cum Admin Assistant to support teaching efforts in a primary school. Responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, assisting with STEM enrichment programmes, and maintaining science facilities. Ideal candidates should hold at least a GCE O-level education, have two years of relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong organizational skills. This is an onsite position with structured working hours.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a local school.
- Experience working in a science laboratory is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing materials for science lessons and practical tests.
- Support teachers in hands-on lessons.
- Maintain the science room and equipment.
- Set up and monitor hydroponics systems.
- Guide students in makerspace activities.
- Assist in planning STEM enrichment programmes.
