Job Description

Responsibilities
As an internal consultant for this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing effective solutions that drive AI usage across various business areas, including chatbots, virtual agents, machine learning, and others. Key channels span both online and offline platforms, from traditional branches and remote assisted services by Relationship Managers, to call centers, email, social media, and innovative conversational engagements. You will collaborate with other business units to develop targeted and personalized strategies that deliver the right messages and content to customers based on their personas, preferences, and behaviors.
Engagement Strategy and Planning
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies, including Gen AI and new features of popular tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and evolving customer needs across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap with actionable initiatives and timelines.
- Define clear OKRs with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Digital Asset Development to Launch
- Work with teams to conceptualize, design, and develop digital assets that enhance customer engagement.
- Understand customer experience and user journey mapping, including persona development and user stories.
- Translate customer journeys into detailed functional requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and technical teams for solution development.
- Create go-to-market plans for product launches and drive adoption strategies.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all plans and solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work with compliance and legal teams to manage risks.
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate updates, milestones, and KPIs to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Proactively recommend solutions and escalate issues with mitigation strategies.
Requirements
General
- Proven experience (4-8 years) in customer experience, project management, product management, or related roles.
- Excellent skills in management reporting, communication, and presentation.
- Experience in management consulting and digital banking is a plus.
- Design thinking experience is advantageous.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Gen AI services like OpenAI, Bard, etc.
- Knowledge of AI, NLP, machine learning, LLMs, and related tools.
- Experience in channel management and omni-channel strategies.
- Familiarity with banking products, financial services, and industry trends; regulatory knowledge is a plus.
