Your role

Do you have the know-how to apply business and data analysis techniques to plan, design and deliver high-quality, user centric technology solutions? Do you enjoy driving discussions with colleagues to solve complex business and technical problems?

We're looking for a Requirements Engineer to:

  • conduct business and process analysis, requirements gathering and documentation
  • work in close collaboration with software engineering teams to produce high-quality software
  • assist with managing the SDLC from requirements to UAT and deployment
  • gather data insights, perform analysis and presentation to inform decision making
  • support COO Product Managers and their interaction with business and delivery teams
  • actively contribute to team ceremonies and technical strategy meetings
  • manage and coordinate a wide range of business and technical stakeholders of all levels
  • work closely with UX experience design teams to create compelling, functional UIs
Your team

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Trade and Transfer Assets stream, as part of the Technology division in Singapore or Hong Kong. We provide order and execution management solutions for the Front Office, Sales and Execution Desks. We aim to provide our clients with a best-in-class order management capabilities and our users with well designed, modern and highly usable tools to support them. As an IT business analyst, you’ll play an important role in translating business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.

Your expertise
  • demonstrable experience solving complex, data driven problems in a financial environment
  • inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • experience with performing detailed analysis on complicated problems
  • structured and organized approach to tasks with competency in project management
  • experience in an Agile delivery model
