Join WSA's dynamic environment as a Senior Manager Planning, where you will take ownership of our integrated business planning, emphasizing capacity planning, service optimization, and analysis of operational efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business, operations, program management, product, finance, and more. You will develop and lead a team of 15 in Philippines and Singapore, ensuring engagement and that global projects are executed smoothly.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity within WSA's various brands and geographies.
  • Optimizing and manage the flow of goods and information.
  • Balance supply and demand, assess and improve long term capacity planning processes and short term detailed scheduling to optimize the service Level.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in network capacity.
  • Define metrics, develop program management mechanisms, and invent/simplify processes to drive decision‑making in complex network capacity situations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions, influencing and facilitating agreements to achieve shared network capacity goals.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply network such as supply chain disruptions or demand changes and develop contingency plans. Coordinate with Supply Planning to support supply continuity.
  • Own a portfolio of cross‑functional programs related to network capacity, driving performance improvement and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics to ensure the smooth flow of products through the supply chain network.

This role requires a versatile individual who can balance multiple responsibilities, an integrator connecting work streams across the enterprise, a communicator between the Supply Chain team and the broader organization Commercial and Operations organizations.

Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
  • 7+ years of Supply Planning with capacity and inventory planning expertise
  • Integrated Business Planning experience
  • MS Excel: V-lookups and Pivot Tables at minimum
  • SQL/Programming Language/PBI: utilize to extract, manipulate and analyze data
  • Previous people leadership experience
