• Ensure compliance with the Group’s tax governance framework and internal control processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance with all corporate tax obligations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.
• Manage the preparation and timely filing of tax returns (corporate income tax, GST, withholding taxes, Pillar 2, etc.) across Singapore and/SEA region, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any tax audits, disputes, or inquiries from tax authorities.
• Lead and manage Singapore GST health checks and provide GST advisory support to the Group.
• Manage external advisors in BEPS implementation for Singapore and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure calculations and necessary filings are made on a timely basis.
• Business partnering by advising and leading the tax implementation of projects including ETR planning projects, group restructuring, new investments/acquisitions/ transactions/funding, etc.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant Singapore corporate tax and GST experience in Big 4 firms and/or as an in‑house tax advisor, with the latter preferred.
• Experience reviewing and managing tax matters in SEA countries is an advantage.
• Degree in Accounting/Tax, or accredited tax professional (Income Tax or GST).
• Strong team player with collaboration, accountability, and leadership skills in working with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Able to adapt communication style to different audiences.
