Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project and site activities - ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and budget - through effective planning, resource management, and coordination.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors/ subcontractors to maintain quality
• Perform equipment setup, start-up, and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment faults after handover.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and scope documents for compliance.
• Prepare and submit project safety documents, ensuring compliance with Singapore safety regulations and procedures (e.g. WSH Act).
• Handle project submissions and documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate, current, and properly filed.
• Work closely with the Project Team, Manufacturers, and Vendors to meet customer expectations within project timelines.
• Act as the main technical liaison for clients, consultants, and vendors
• Lead project meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Handle preparation of progress payment claims and variation orders when required.
• Conduct operational and maintenance training for clients
• Improve project tracking methods, documentation, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years project management experience within construction, M&E, or industrial sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project/Excel for scheduling and reporting.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Able to perform hand‑on physical works
• Willing to work onsite (construction/industrial environments)
• Willing to work long or irregular hours if required
• Willing to travel if required

Working Location: East

Working Hours: 5.5 days work week
