The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our talented team. You will lead high-profile projects, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure seamless execution while maintaining ID21’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, consultants and stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Deliver compelling presentations and pitch project proposals to clients and stakeholders to secure approvals and buy‑in.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem‑solving.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Building and Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required for Project Manager position while minimum 10 years of relevant experience required for Senior Project Manager position.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with excellent presentation and pitching abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s building codes and regulations.
