JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth from the corporate segment across both Raffles Sentosa and Sofitel Sentosa Singapore. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, managing key accounts, and securing new business opportunities while ensuring brand alignment and delivering the exceptional service standards synonymous with both hotels.

What you will be DOING :

1. Sales & Business Development
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new corporate business opportunities to achieve targeted revenue goals for both properties.
  • Manage and grow key corporate accounts, maximizing room nights, revenue, and market share.
  • Develop and execute segment-specific sales strategies, sales calls, presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Cluster Director of Sales to prepare annual corporate sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with existing corporate accounts through regular engagement, account reviews, and hosting of site inspections and client entertainment activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison for corporate clients to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
  • Represent both hotels at trade shows, corporate events, and networking functions.
3. Revenue & Contract Management
  • Negotiate corporate rate agreements in line with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Management team to ensure optimal pricing and inventory allocation.
  • Ensure accurate account management in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records and activity logs.
4. Cross-Property Collaboration
  • Coordinate with both hotel operations teams to ensure delivery of contracted services and guest satisfaction.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral for the corporate segment.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with Accor / Raffles / Sofitel regional and global sales teams for maximum exposure.
Your experience and skills include :
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, with a strong network in the corporate travel segment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyse data to inform strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
  • Well-presented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
