Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Assistant to handle A/R and A/P processing, prepare monthly reports, and assist with administrative support. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience, a Higher Nitec/ LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. - Ability to handle journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accounts receivable and payable processing.
- Update cashbook and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports.

- Assist in any other accounts-related matters as and when required
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
- Minimum Higher Nitec/ LCCI/ Diploma holders in Accounting
- Preferably those able to start immediate or short notice
- Preferably having knowledge in ERP systems such as SAP is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Work location: Central, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
