Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounts handling professional. You will manage full sets of accounts including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and GST submissions. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant experience and a Nitec qualification or higher. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $3500 and requires availability of 5.5 days a week, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday and 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturdays.

• Strong understanding of full sets of accounts and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts including AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Process vendor invoices and prepare daily sales reports.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and liaise with auditors.

Job Description

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP/AR), bank reconciliations, cash flow, GL tasks, GST submissions, and multi-currency transactions.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, corporate card transactions, staff claims, and prepare daily sales reports.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, review customer accounts, and generate DOs and invoices.
• Support month-end/year-end closing, statutory audits, tax matters, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.

Requirement

• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Min Nitec and above.
