• Coordinate performance appraisal and salary review for all employees.
• Ensure external competitiveness and internal equity among existing employees.
• Administer employees' benefits by processing, reviewing, consolidating, and coordinating initiatives, programmes, administration, claims, and vendors.
• Assist in disseminating new/updated compensation and benefit information through effective communication channels.
• Assist in compensation and benefit projects to enhance efficiency and improve functions.
• Prepare monthly reports, analytics, and statistics on C and B.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to support the Quality Management System of TDCX.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable in local compensation, benefits, payroll practices, survey research methods, and labor laws.
• Good planning, organizing, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Human Resource Management System.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the supporting market language.
