Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling and brand-consistent designs for digital and print campaigns, including brochures, advertisements, website graphics, social media content, EDMs, videos, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to deliver creative solutions that meet client objectives.
• Interpret creative briefs and provide innovative design solutions promptly.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while balancing creativity with commercial requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in publishing, advertising, or digital agencies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, hardware, and print specifications.
• Experience in video editing and animation, with the ability to create engaging animated content for digital platforms.
• Strong conceptual and creative skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English; the ability to articulate creative rationale is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design is an advantage but not required.
• Singaporean/PR candidates preferred.
