Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms such as Google, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including landing pages, email marketing, content marketing, and remarketing initiatives.
- Manage paid advertising efforts, including SEM and influencer marketing, aligned with clinic services and seasonal health trends.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and advertising channels.
- Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure alignment with search strategies and guide website development to optimize user experience and conversions.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Google, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook & Instagram).
- Work closely with designers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Draft and publish social media posts, blog articles, and press releases aligned with marketing objectives.
- Produce and edit videos for campaigns, social media, and events.
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors/partners to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
- Conceptualize and implement promotional activities and marketing activations to drive clinic awareness and sales.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Set up marketing analytics and tracking tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze key performance metrics, report on campaign ROI, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support marketing initiatives for new clinic openings in Singapore.
- Support public relations efforts, media features, and maintain media relations.
- Assist with ad hoc marketing duties and contribute to overall brand strategy.
