ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As a Sales Manager - Web3 & Blockchain Products, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract, engage, and close high-value clients across the blockchain and crypto ecosystem. Above all else, the successful candidate will be a passionate builder of talent and teams. We are looking for an experienced and innovative talent to join our team and lead marketing initiatives for our blockchain products and services. The idea SALES MANAGER, candidate will have a background in digital marketing with a passion for Web3 technologies and an understanding of decentralized ecosystems, blockchain trends, and community-driven marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase product awareness, grow and manage community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting blockchain projects, enterprise partners, and crypto-native clients.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value leads through outreach, networking, events, and inbound channels.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, and C-level executives in the Web3 space.
  • Understand and communicate the value proposition of our blockchain solutions in technical and business terms.
  • Maintain and report on a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnership steams to align go-to-market efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in Web3.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform developments, and competitor strategies with in the Web3 landscape.
  • Monitor and analyse and report on Marketing Metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead community-building initiatives on platforms like Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other relevant channels
  • Engage with community members to foster a loyal userbase, address concerns, and drive engagement.
  • Organize and participate in community events, AMAs, and online discussions.
  • Create compelling content (articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, social media posts) to educate and engage the audience on Web3topics.
  • Collaborate with community managers to provide timely and transparent updates, AMAs, and regular product information.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality promotional materials.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging Web3social platforms


SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 5+ Yrs of Experience in B2B Sales, Ideally in Saas, Tech, or Blockchain/web3
  • Strong Knowledge of blockchain technology, Cryptocurrency, NFT’s, DeFi, or related sectors.
  • Proven Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication, negotiation, and Presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage, a full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast paced, decentralized environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional language are a plus)


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters / bachelor’s in marketing & communications or business management.
  • Experience selling blockchain infrastructure, Decentralized applications, APIs, or developer tools.
  • Existing network within the Web3 ecosystem (e.g., VCs, protocols, DAOs, dApps).
  • Understanding of smart contracts and decentralized protocols.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
