Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across retail, trade, digital, CRM, e-commerce, events and Public Relations.
Formulate media and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for B2B and B2C business.
Develop and manage social media content calendar and strategies, including imagery and video creation, to drive storytelling, community engagement, and conversion.
Manage Public Relations and media relations, including building strong relationships with press and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to secure publications and co‑create engaging content that strengthens brand visibility and credibility.
Identify industry trends and best practices to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, events, and marketing activations for the brand.
Analyse and review the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights for campaign improvements.
Conceptualise and create communication materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and positioning.
Collaborate closely with sales teams, internal business units, and external partners to implement effective visibility and promotional strategies.
Act as a key liaison for B2B customers, supporting their marketing and visual merchandising needs to strengthen partnerships.
Propose pricing strategies and sales mechanics to encourage both sell‑in (distributor/retailer buy‑in) and sell‑out (consumer purchase).
Requirements
