Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in M&E works within construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
  • Familiar with local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all M&E activities from design to commissioning.
  • Supervise M&E subcontractors and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Resolve technical issues related to M&E systems.
