Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to coordinate structural and architectural works on site. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and authorities, ensuring safety, and managing subcontractors. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture and have at least 3 years of local experience in residential projects. Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and safety standards is preferred.

• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and safety aspects in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager / Site Manager for arrangement of site work
• Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk

Requirements
