Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and managing renovation works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Supervise on-site renovation activities and ensure work quality.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and permits.
• Monitor work progress and prepare progress reports.
• Check materials and workmanship on site.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, building codes, and WSH requirements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Skills

Ability to read construction and renovation drawings

Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software

Education
