Job summary
A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee application selection and project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, along with 2-4 years of experience in IT project management. Proficiency in coding (Java, .NET, Python, SQL) and familiarity with frameworks like React and Node.js are essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required for this role, with preference for candidates proficient in Mandarin.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in IT Project Management and system/application support.
- Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Git, and Docker preferred.
- Willingness and strong passion in learning new technologies and practices.

Hands‑on experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Git, and Docker preferred
Familiar with system integration, testing, and deployment
Possess strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skill
Mandarin proficiency (reading and communication) preferred, as the TCM system is in Chinese.
Experience in Oracle Cloud & SQL
Willingness and strong passion in learning new technologies and practices
Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize
Able to identify interdependencies when analysing problems and developing creative solutions
Able to work independently, self‑motivated and great team player
Added advantage to candidate with prior experience working in healthcare institutions
