About the job CTRM Application Support Analyst

We're working with a growing technology leader in the energy trading & risk management (ETRM/CTRM) space, known for its mission‑critical software platform supporting commodities such as natural gas, electricity, crude oil, and refined products. As part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a CTRM Application Support Analyst to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive at SGD 60k-84k / year (excluding bonus).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation, enhancement, and integration projects: installing, configuring, testing, and supporting software both onsite and remotely.
• Provide technical support and training for a CTRM platform.
• Assist in pre‑sales activities including demos and client presentations.
• Troubleshoot issues and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Communicate client requirements effectively to technical teams and contribute to system documentation.

Key Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science/Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience with database design, SQL, .NET, and C# (preferred).
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries.
• Exposure to object‑oriented programming languages such as C#.
• Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Energy/commodity trading industry knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Open to junior candidates with strong technical foundations. Occasional travel may be required.
