Job Scope

1. Assist the CTO in formulating and executing the technology and product development strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Lead the development of innovative products and services that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
3. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to improve product offerings and operational efficiency.

Solution Design & Development:

1. Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
3. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

IT Operations & Infrastructure Management:

1. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the bank’s technology infrastructure to support product growth.
2. Ensure systems architecture is robust, scalable, and aligned with the bank’s product and service strategy.
3. Manage relationships with technology and product vendors, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic product and technology goals.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, operations, and business teams, to ensure successful product execution and delivery.

Project Management & Product Delivery:

1. Oversee key product and technology project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
2. Implement best practices for managing product development cycles and technology project execution.

IT Governance, Compliance & Risk Management:

1. Support the CTO in establishing IT and product governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
2. Collaborate with CRO Office to develop and maintain an overall framework of IT & Risk policies, standards, and strategies.
3. Work closely with the CISO to identify security threats and formulate strategies and methods to mitigate the threats.
4. Continuously monitor product and technology governance processes, recommending improvements when necessary.
5. Lead and mentor product and technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
6. Implement talent development initiatives to strengthen the team’s product development and solution design capabilities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2. 10+ years of experience in technology and product leadership roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
3. Strong background in product development, technology strategy, and solution design.
4. Proven experience managing the product lifecycle from concept to execution in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
5. Extensive knowledge of digital banking, financial technology (fintech), cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
6. Demonstrated leadership in managing large cross-functional teams and delivering product innovations.
7. Strong understanding of compliance, security, and risk management in the banking industry.
