They screen their company’s critical IT infrastructure for weaknesses and create robust countermeasures to prevent future incidents.SecurityEngineers also train employees onsecuritybest practices and advice management on investments to safeguard the company’s computer and network systems

Develop, execute and track the performance ofsecuritymeasures to protect information and network infrastructure and computer systems.

Design computersecuritystrategy andengineercomprehensive cybersecurity architecture.

Identify, define and document systemsecurityrequirements and recommend solutions to management.

Configure,troubleshoot and maintainsecurityinfrastructure software and hardware.

Installsoftware that monitors systems and networks forsecuritybreaches and intrusions.

Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures.

Plan, develop, implement and update company’s informationsecuritystrategy.

Theideal profile should have / be:

• B.E/B.Techor any qualified Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science orsimilar relevant field
• At least 3 years of relevant experiencein Cybersecurity / information systems security practice including governance,managing security policies and systems, including scripting and handlingvarious tools including Imperva, EPP, ERD, HTVL, DAM, Nessus etc
• Candidate must have scriptingknowledge to work on above tools to create automation if required
• Well-versed and experienced in relevantIT Infrastructure domains will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, creative with excellent presentation,communication, negotiation and interpersonal
• skills including strong persuasive techniques
• Able to lead, develop andrespectful and trusting relationship

• Experience in leading a team is preferred
• Outstandingorganizational and time management skillsAttention to detailsManage issues & risks and ensure timely escalation
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks
