- Shortlisted candidates will be sent for exclusive training in a particular technology.
- After completion of classroom training, selected candidates will be placed on the software/application development team at our MNC client, where they will receive on‑the‑job training (OJT) on various aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications using Pega.
- Support senior developers in coding, testing, debugging, and deploying Pega components.
- Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements for existing Pega applications.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and documentation of solutions.
- Learn and apply best practices, coding standards, and Pega frameworks.
- Support production deployments and resolve application issues as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in information technology, science, computer science, engineering or a related technical area of study.
- Relevant internship or project experience in Java or Pega.
- Basic understanding of SQL, Java, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
