• Requirements Gathering: Connect with different teams to understand their tooling requirements.
• Tooling Development: Design and develop internal systems that improve engineering work efficiency within the software development and release cycle.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Maintain the cloud infrastructure of tooling systems to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
• Testing Environment Maintenance: Manage internal testing environments to ensure effective quality control processes.
• Engineer Support: Assist engineers with configuration management and troubleshooting issues during daily development tasks.

• Full-Time Student: Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, Golang, or other programming languages.
• Middleware Knowledge: Familiarity with popular middlewares like MySQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, etc.
• Software Development Life Cycle: Understanding of modern software development life cycles and CI/CD processes.
• Tooling and Cloud Services: Knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services.
• Soft Skills: Good communication and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Traits: Fast learner, good troubleshooting skills, and strong work ethic.
• Program Commitment: Ability to start in April 2024 and commit to a full-time role for 3 to 6 months.
