A logistics management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to ensure smooth shipment operations. Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with government requirements. - At least 2 years of relevant experience in shipping.

Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth flow of shipment and preparation of shipping documents.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for information flow.
- Monitor payments according to contractual terms.
Skills
Education

- Ensure smooth flow of shipment, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents
- Prepare full set of export shipping documents - invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin, marine insurance certificate, other industrial certificates
- Custom permit declarations for all export shipment and ensure compliance to all government requirements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that there is a good flow of information and updates
- Apply pre-shipment inspection when needed
- Coordinate shipment with local production and overseas suppliers
- Ensure compliance to customer’s standard operating procedures
- Monitor payments accordingly to contractual payment term and company policy
- Ensure all sales are timely posted for accounts monthly closing
- Diploma and above in Logistics / Supply Chain
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in negotiating export L/C and handling collection bills will be an advantage
- Meticulous with a positive working attitude
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to commit to timelines
