Qualifications

  • Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering) or related technical discipline.
  • Knowledge of SAP PLM (BOM management, Document control, ECR/ECO) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues.

  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including BOMs, ECOs, SOPs, and other project-related records.
  • Support change management processes (ECN/ECR) and help maintain a knowledge base for seamless project execution.

  • Ensure proper documentation governance, version control, and compliance with PMO standards.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting project documentation, coordination, and procurement activities, ensuring smooth execution of engineering projects. This is a great opportunity for candidates with an engineering background who enjoy organized, hands‑on support work in a fast‑paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities
