Qualifications

• Minimum five years of construction supervision experience of local healthcare or institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of architectural and related works.
• Manage project including progress, quality, and cost control.
• Coordinate architectural works for project completion.
• Report critical issues and propose solutions.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Lead Resident Technical Officers to monitor works.
• Report directly to the Senior Resident Architect.
