A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to develop and maintain food safety management systems. The role involves conducting microbiological testing, designing lab procedures, and organizing training sessions on food safety and quality standards. Candidates with Central Kitchen experience will have an advantage. The position offers a salary of up to 3.5K SGD.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing food safety management systems and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of microbiological testing procedures.
- Ability to conduct training on food safety and quality standards.
Responsabilités
- Develop and maintain food safety management systems.
- Conduct routine microbiological testing.
- Design lab procedures and testing methods.
- Organize internal training sessions on food safety.
Connaissances
- Salary up to 3.5K
- 5 days work week (Weekends shift included)
- Tuas region
- Develop and maintain food safety management systems (FSMS), ensuring regular updates and compliance.
- Conduct routine microbiological testing on products, materials to identify potential microbial contaminants.
- Design and implement lab procedures, testing methods, and sampling plans.
- Conduct internal training sessions on food safety, halal compliance, and quality standards.
- Organize and lead pre-audit preparations, assisting with both internal and external audits.
- Prepare the laboratory for ISO17025 accreditation, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Candidates with exposure in Central Kitchen experience will be highly advantageous
