A leading research firm based in Singapore is seeking talented software developers to build next-generation research platforms and systems for production trading. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or related fields, with solid programming skills in Python or Java. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of machine learning methods and is eager to collaborate closely in a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to make significant contributions to innovative trading strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Exceptional software design and development skills in Python, Java, or other OOP languages.
- Prior internships or full-time work experience in software systems.

- Develop systems for production trading and portfolio management
- Team up with quant researchers to directly improve the performance of our models and crypto trading strategy

- Collaborate closely with a team of exceptional quant developers that play a crucial role across our entire systematic trading pipeline, learn from your peers and industry experts, and help others on the team succeed
- Push your work to production and receive immediate performance feedback
- Become a core contributor to our trading strategy and research platform
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Exceptional software design and development skills in Python, Java or other OOP language
- Prior internships or full-time work experience that demonstrate your ability to architect and implement software systems to solve real-world problems
- Basic knowledge of machine learning methods or statistical modeling techniques; advanced knowledge is a strong plus
- Familiarity with cloud environments and Linux
- Versatile problem-solving skills, and a drive to succeed
- Desire to learn continuously and increase your impact
- Ability to work closely with other quant developers in a highly collaborative environment
- Knowledge of financial markets or the crypto industry is a plus but not required – we will invest in the right candidate
