A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an Entry-level Operations Admin Executive to manage day-to-day operations in the Business Office. Responsibilities include patient admissions, financial counselling, and ensuring efficient billing processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills and be proficient in MS Office, ensuring seamless patient interactions. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for growth in the healthcare sector.

Responsabilités
- Administrate inpatient admission and discharge processes.
- Verify and enter charges accurately.
- Follow up on outstanding payments diligently.
Connaissances
Formation
Reporting to Business Office Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations in the Business Office, such as patient admission and discharge, Financial Counselling, data entry and filing, billing and following up with outstanding payment. You will provide standards of patient satisfaction through efficient and seamless processing of transactions.
- Administrate inpatient admission, financial counselling and discharge.
- Verify and enter charges according to the charge form provided by ward staff.
- Confirm all charges and proceed with Medisave or insurance claims if required.
- Follow up with all outstanding payment after final bill.
- Ensure proper maintenance of patient folders.
- Handle all patient enquiries.
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ and ‘O’ Level.
- Relevant experience in healthcare or related industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Independent and able to multi-task.
- Proficient in MS Office.
