Job summary
A leading technology solutions firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Consultant responsible for conducting business analysis, stakeholder management, and solution design. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in technology business analysis or software development, particularly in the investment or banking sectors. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development.
- Familiarity with business applications in investment/banking industries.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis functions and stakeholder management.
- Document BRD, FSD, and use cases effectively.
- Support in Agile methodology and solution design.

- Hands-on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning, and production support
- Experience in the documentation of BRD, FSD, use cases, visual modelling and CALYPSO (must have).
- Experience in ETL/ELT process, SQL and API
- Experience in Agile methodology skills with strong delivery mindset
- Good team player and communication skill
- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development, familiar with business applications in investment/banking industries
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and a team player who has growth mindset and confident to work independently
