Job Description

An exciting journey awaits as we open our flagship store in Singapore!

We seek a dedicated & passionate Part Time Retail Sales Executive, a character that is responsible, diligent and self-motivated. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring that store displays are in accordance to guidelines and that inventory is well-replenished at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions
• Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy

Operations

• Support daily business operations of the retail store (e.g., cashiering function, housekeeping)
• Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image
• Assist in sales plans execution & participation in conjunction with marketing events & promotions
• Inventory replenishment
• Assist in visual merchandising whenever new stocks arrive, to provide optimal shopping experience for the brand
• Operate POS cash register & handle various payment modes with accuracy
• Communicate feedback gathered through in-store activities to supervisors

Other Duties

• Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time (e.g., stocktake exercises)

Qualifications

• Passionate about the beauty retail industry & customer interaction
• Experience in working within the retail environment (beauty retail is a plus, no experience is welcome to apply)
• Must be a positive team player who desires to contribute
• Self-motivated, open-minded, proactive with a high level of integrity
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong adaptability skills in a fast-paced environment
• Possesses problem-solving and planning skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Able to start in September 2024
