As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured on-the-job trainingto learn all aspects of outlet operations, including customer service,back-of-house processes, and overall outlet management. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to build a career in F&B management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Learn to deliver excellent guest experiences and handle customer inquiries and feedback.
- Observe and assist in ensuring smooth floor operations during service hours.
- Support coordination between service and kitchen teams to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards under supervision.
Back of House
- Assist in inventory management, stock monitoring, and basic ordering processes.
- Support hygiene, cleanliness, and safety practices according to company standards.
- Learn to assist with daily sales settlement, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting.
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and team meetings.
Outlet Operations & Management
- Shadow outlet managers to understand operational workflows, manpower planning, and outlet performance monitoring.
- Gain exposure to financial and operational aspects of outlet management.
- Learn to maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SFA, SCDF).
- Support regular inspections, audits, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership potential with a willingness to learn and grow.
