- Support the Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager in smooth restaurant operations.
- Contribute towards development with guidance from management.
- Participate in menu development days and training sessions.

to translate the concept and ideals of the Da Paolo Brand into a successfully operating restaurant and to closely support your Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant and the implementation, evolution and ongoing improvement of standards and profitability.

- Be present and commit to menu development days by participating in food passion sessions
- To take responsibility for contributing towards your development with guidance of the Restaurant/General Manager and attend training courses as identified
- To show commitment to the company values in all aspects of your role
- To act as a positive ambassador for the business
- To attend training and meeting sessions when required
- Must know how to operate and do minor maintenance and repair work
