Position Overview:

The Studio Manager (Manager) is responsible for the initial growth of a flagship studio, overseeing the day-to-day operations and supporting with business development initiatives. This role requires a strong passion for fitness, exceptional leadership and organisational skills, a creative and collaborative mindset, and the ability to create a positive and motivating environment for staff and members.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing the team, delivering exceptional customer service, driving membership growth, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility.

The Manager is also responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving membership growth, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. Formal brand training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of the studio's operations, including scheduling, class set-up, trainer scheduling, facility maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
  • Co-develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimise studio performance.

2. Business Development:

  • Ensure all enquiries are attended to promptly and professionally on all platforms.
  • Track all leads and implement a system to ensure effective conversion rates.
  • Promote and sell studio packages, programs and services.
  • Diligent promotion of all studio programs, services and products.
  • Meeting and exceeding all membership sales and performance targets.
  • Designing and executing sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Design and execute member signup, retention and renewal strategies.
  • Working with collaborative brands where relevant.
