You will work closely with physiotherapists to design safe, effective programmes tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalised fitness assessments and design customised workout plans
  • Deliver one‑on‑one and small group training sessions by appointment
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists to support rehabilitation and injury‑prevention programmes
  • Track client progress and adjust training plans accordingly
  • Promote wellness packages and encourage long‑term client engagement
  • Maintain a professional, client‑focused environment aligned with MBOLD’s brand values
Requirements
  • Diploma or certification in Fitness/Personal Training (ACE, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in personal training or wellness coaching
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, functional training, and safe workout practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping clients achieve sustainable health and fitness goals
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on client bookings
  • Bonus: Experience in boutique or private training environments
