Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage static data efficiently. Responsibilities include updating customer product information, conducting audits, and optimizing workflows. The candidate must possess a relevant degree and have at least three years of experience. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update static data, including customer and product information.
- Ensure accurate and timely creation, verification, and maintenance of static data.
- Review and optimize processing workflows to improve efficiency.
- Prepare client account statistics for regulatory and tax reporting.
- Perform daily audits of static data and conduct account reviews.
- Collaborate with IT and consultants on system specifications.
- Ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Skills
Education
- Maintainand update static data, including customer, product (e.g., securities, bonds),currency, and interest rate information.
- Ensureaccurate and timely creation, verification, and maintenance of static data.
- Reviewand optimize processing workflows to improve efficiency and strengthen thecontrol environment.
- Prepareclient account statistics for regulatory and tax reporting as required.
- Performdaily audits of static data and conduct account reviews for existing records.
- Collaboratewith IT and consultants on system specifications to support new businessrequirements, regulatory changes, and operational procedure updates.
- Adhoctasks and projects as assigned
- Minimum Degreein a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Able tostart immediately or within short notice
