Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with a degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS or IFRS and group consolidation.
• Minimum 5-8 years of audit and operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual Group Consolidation and management reporting.
• Prepare quarterly SGX announcements.
• Liaise with overseas finance team for reporting and audit matters.
• Handle statutory audit and coordinate audits for subsidiaries.
• Assist in the annual audit process and preparation of annual reports.
