A leading facility management company in Singapore is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee compliance with local tax regulations while enhancing efficiency through technology. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in tax compliance and a strong understanding of Singapore tax laws and transfer pricing guidelines. This role requires analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to drive tax-related projects such as e-invoicing implementation.
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Tax Manager to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a tax professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving process improvements and digital transformation in tax operations. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with local tax regulations while leading initiatives to enhance efficiency through technology.
Prepare and review Corporate tax computations to ensure compliance with Singapore tax laws.
Manage Corporate Tax Return, ECI, and withholding tax filings for Singapore entities.
Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports accurately and on time.
Handle Pillar II reporting and maintain transfer pricing documentation, ensuring compliance with BEPS and transfer pricing regulations.
Liaise with external tax consultants, tax authorities, and manage tax audits, inquiries, and examinations.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure company practices remain compliant.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records.
Provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders across departments.
Submit tax and deferred tax reporting specifications to Head Office, address queries, and reassess provisions monthly/quarterly.
Monitor and track grants applications and ensure tax optimization for Singapore entities.
Drive tax-related projects, including:
InvoiceNow implementation for e-invoicing compliance.
Migration of tax computations into tax software platforms for automation and accuracy.
Any other tax-related matters and strategic initiatives as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance, tax computation, and GST.
Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws and regulations.
Experience in transfer pricing guidelines and BEPS compliance.
Proven ability to manage tax technology projects (e.g., InvoiceNow, direct and indirect tax software).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
