Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an experienced Accountant to manage accounts, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with statutory filings. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Accounting or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills are essential. This role welcomes applications from Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Added advantage if you come from an industrial or manufacturing background.
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform financial consolidation across entities.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory filings such as GST and CPF.
- Liaise with external firms, auditors, and government authorities.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
