Overview

Functional Consultant - Payments BA

Responsibilities
  • 11-14 yrs of experience in T24 and Payments domain as Functional Consultant, with strong Payments domain expertise
  • TPH configuration experience is must for minimum one of the Domestic, International, and Instant payment schemes.
  • Prior Implementation experience in most of these schemes SWIFT, SEPA CT DD INSTANT, ACH, FEDWIRE, RTP, BNPL
  • Good Knowledge of T24 modules
    • TPH, Payments & Standing Orders - SWIFT, SEPA CT DD INSTANT, ACH, FEDWIRE
    • Delivery (Print/SWIFT setup, Swift Messages)
    • T24 Accounting, Financial Accounting & Financial Reporting - mismatches / GL imbalances / Position imbalances
    • Reconciliations
    • Functional knowledge of T24 modules/AA
  • Coordinate with clients for requirements elicitation, requirements management and functional clarifications
  • Should be able to independently conduct induction training, analyse business requirements, schedule PLW, conduct PLW for clients onsite, have in depth knowledge on Temenos Payments business process flows and be able to edit flows, convince client to adopt existing OOTB processes and align with Banks business requirements.
  • Analyze the requirements in detail and participate in the gap analysis by providing comprehensive comparison with product features inclusive of identifying areas where customizations, solutioning building needs to take place
  • Conduct requirements analysis and provide the functional design Create the UI designs
  • Perform product configuration setup based on customer needs
  • Should be able to write detailed functional specification documents, provide walkthrough of end to end flows to Temenos BA team, review the requirements and obtain sign off
  • Create product-based KT documents, for the customer.
  • Should be able to work with technical teams during design and development phase, and then provide functional support during testing phase.
  • Confident/Professional communication skills with business users
  • Should have good working knowledge of MS Office, Visio
