Job summary

A telecommunications firm in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to oversee accounting duties including AR collection, bookkeeping, and preparing management accounts. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in full set accounts. This is a full-time onsite position with a salary range of $3,000 - $4,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years in accounting duties, especially handling full set accounts.
  • Willing to work under SME company with around 8-9 staff.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Manage A/P process payments, reconciliation and SOA.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and maintain daily cash management.
  • Prepare management accounts and GST returns.

Budget: $3,000 - $4,000 + Variable Bonus Depends on Performance

Working Time: 5 Days Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm (Fully Onsite)

Company Profile

We are a Telecommunication company in Singapore. Specialize in e-sim solutions and/or SMS services for marketing engagement purposes for our local clients and China clients [ Macau , Hong Kong and China Mainland ].

Requirements
  • At least 3 years in accounting duties, especially handling full set accounts.
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting background.
  • Willing to work under SME company, current staff around 8-9 pax.
Responsibilities
  1. Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up on the overdue accounts.
  2. Manage A/P process payments, reconciliation and SOA.
  3. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and maintain daily cash management.
  4. Bookkeeping is using QuickBooks.
  5. Prepare reconciliation for General Ledger account.
  6. Prepare management accounts.
  7. Prepare GST returns and submission.
  8. Handle general office administrative duties.
  9. To assist in other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
