Job summary
A consultancy firm in Jurong West is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage billing processes and financial records. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience and a diploma or A-Level qualification. You'll handle invoices, cash flow management, and assist in administrative functions. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $3,000 to $4,500 depending on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Manage company cash flow and maintain proper financial records.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

Location: Jurong West
Working Days: 5. 5 days Mon - Fri; Sat half day
Working hours : 9am -6pm | 9am - 1pm
Salary : $3,000 - $4,500 depending on qualification and experience
- Process invoices and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Amend and update invoices when required (e.g., pricing adjustments, customer information, credit notes).
- Issue Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) when necessary.
- Manage company cash flow and maintain proper financial records.
- Handle cash collections from the delivery team.
- Perform daily banking-in of cash and reconciliation.
- Attend to incoming calls and provide general administrative support.
- Liaise with HQ on all accounting and finance-related matters.
- Prepare monthly statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Support audit requirements by preparing necessary documents.
- Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement processes.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative or finance-related duties as required.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive.
- Diploma or A-Level qualification.
