YOUR ROLE

To carry out high-quality workshop services and product/service sales, you guarantee the sustainable satisfaction of your customers and users as well as the economic and environmental performances

Your Responsibilities:

CARRYING OUT MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND PERSONALISATION SERVICES
  • Diagnose customer equipment needs quickly, in person or remotely.
  • Provide quotes using the correct billing method (paid, warranty, free).
  • Explain service costs and inform customers of any changes or delays.
  • Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and personalization using proper tools and processes.
  • Operate and maintain workshop machines you’ve been trained on.
GUARANTEEING YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF YOUR SPORTS CUSTOMERS
  • Follow fire safety, evacuation, and basic workplace safety rules.
  • Use proper ergonomics, PPE, and handle hazardous materials safely.
  • Protect customer data and ensure product safety standards are met.
YOU OPTIMISE YOUR ACTIONS AND ORGANISATION TO DEVOTE MORE TIME TO YOUR SPORTS CUSTOMERS
  • Keep your workspace organized and efficient.
  • Be available during peak times to maximize customer service.
