Job summary

A motorcycle service provider in Singapore is seeking technicians to assemble and repair Superbikes. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Apply shop standards in the assembly and repair of Superbikes across the full product line.
  • Evaluate the mechanical condition of the product and estimate the cost of repairs.
  • Provide an educated assessment for a motorbike repair for the customer that includes an estimated completion date.
  • Record and report any deficiencies not addressed by the repair work being done to the customer.
  • Assist customers in the sale or repair process by sharing product and technical knowledge as appropriate.
  • Report or record replacement parts inventory and supply shortages to the Manager. Maintain shop cleanliness.
  • Install, repair, and replace equipment or accessories, such as Heavy engine works, Dynotuning, Accessories.
  • Able to repair/modify Class 2/2A/2B bikes. 2-stroke/4-stroke motorcycles. Punctual, hardworking, presentable, good work attitude, able to work beyond hours as needed, knowledge on motorcycle modifications and repair.
  • Able to diagnose using Texa diagnostic Tool.
  • Able to do suspension setup.
  • Shape replacement parts using bench grinders.
  • Install and adjust brakes and brake pads.
  • Install new tires and tubes.
  • Clean and lubricate bicycle parts.
  • Install vehicle parts or accessories.
  • Adjust vehicle components according to specifications.
  • Explain technical product or service information to customers.
  • Sell products or services.
  • Install bicycle parts or accessories.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance.
  • Order materials, supplies, or equipment.
  • Assemble mechanical components or machine parts.
  • Install parts or accessories.
  • Adjust components according to specifications.
  • Align equipment or machinery.
  • Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair.
  • Grind parts to required dimensions.
  • Repair tires.
  • Other duties as needed/assigned.
Job Requirements
