Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee daily operations and management of all warehouse-related activities. The role involves maintaining close relationships with stakeholders, hiring field specialists, and leading a team of Operations Specialists. • Plan and hire field specialists to ensure operations are well managed at all times.
• Oversee the maintenance.
• Lead and coach a team of Operations Specialists and creating various training activities to ensure their growth.
• Monitor, report and provide instructions.
• Oversee the establishment of SOPs in each fulfillment process.
• Management of all warehouse-related activities (inbound, outbound, and storage).
• Manage key customer's expectations with the agreed KPIs.
