A leading remote organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to enhance structure and scalability within a fast-growing environment. The role involves collaborating with the CEO to design operating systems and KPIs, strengthen teams, and oversee vendor operations. This role is built for a senior operator who can bring company-wide structure, discipline, and scalability to a fully remote, fast-growing organization. The entire company needs clearer systems, stronger leadership layers, and a unified operating framework. You’ll strengthen every internal team, partner with local leadership at the 150-person Philippine center to elevate their management capabilities, and ensure external vendors running sales campaigns operate with the same rigor and alignment as internal teams. A major focus is on preparing the organization to scale its campaigns and take on substantially more volume.
Your mandate is to install the structure and operating systems needed for sustained growth. You’ll partner directly with the CEO to redesign the organization for scale, expand management capacity, standardize processes, build KPIs, and establish an operating environment that supports rapid expansion of campaigns. This role touches every team and sets the foundation for predictable performance and aggressive growth.
