• Duration: 24 months
• Location: Near Farrer Park MRT / Depot Road
• Salary Range: $6,000 – $7,000
• Work Timing: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 6:30PM
• Eligibility: Only Singaporeans

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze trends to inform design strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap
• Develop and maintain design vision documents and strategy
• Translate product vision into actionable UX tasks for the design team
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive data-informed decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors and Ergonomics, Cognitive Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in UX, product design, product management or related fields.
• Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of design thinking, product development, and strategy.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, AngularJS, Jquery.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric processes and an excellent visual design aesthetic.
• Experience working cross functionally with designers, engineers and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute and track product releases.
• Comfortable working in agile development environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
