• Conduct user research through interviews, observations, and usability testing to uncover insights and pain points.

• Facilitate design thinking workshops, problem-framing sessions, and ideation activities with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define problems and iterate solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Design or related field
• Min 5 years’ experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
• Proficient in Figma, Miro, and research/testing tools
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
